Alright, so we have confirmed that the previously posted W900 was a fake, the picture was indeed a photoshoped Samsung e720. However this new model is real even though we are still lack of its detailed information.
This sleek swivel phone’s model name is yet to be confirmed, however it’s apparently a Walkman phone as you can see the “W” logo on the phone, as well as the same color scheme used on the W800 and the W550. Sources indicated this new walkman phone is named as W850. Apparently this is a 3G handset, with the sub camera at the top-left corner of the phone.

First of all, from the image of the back we read “2.0 Megapixel” (and we see a scant one-led flashlight) so this is finally the Walkman phone codenamed Sakura. Ophira, with the same rotating form factor but oriented to imaging, was said to come with a 3 megapixel camera, but the project has been cancelled or (we hope) postponed.

Update: Sony Ericsson has announced this new Walkman phone as W900i.
