We have seen all kinds of accessories for the Sony PSP, but we had never seen any wireless headset for the PSP before this. Japanese online gadgets store Thanko is selling the PSP Wireless Headset for 1480 Japanese Yen (USD$13.00 – isn’t that cheap?).
The PSP Wireless Headset package comes with two components, the transmitter and the headset itself. Each component uses two AAA size batteries. The transmitter, which features a radio antenna, has to be attached to the back of the PSP’s body. The headset uses the ear hook/clip design, which immediately kills my intention to own it. I wouldn’t want to hook two AAA size batteries (yes they are not that heavy, but they’re not light either) on one of my ear.
