If the default media player on your Sony PSP does not satisfy you, you might want to try the recently released PSPAdvance 1.01 Free version. The PSPAvance supports playback for MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, XviD, and MOV on the PSP, I surely hope it will support the Real Player kind (i.e. RM and RMVB) in future release as I have many video files in RMVB format.
Other than video playback, it also syncs with your computer for easy download of movie trailers/video clips. The stylish interface also includes web browser functions, however the web browser doesn’t seem like working properly in the current release. Another bad news is, this freeware for PSP is plagued with ads as you switch between features, which could be pretty annoying. Check out their website via the link below to get your copy.

Update: I didn’t really try the software myself as I don’t have my psp with me now. There are bad reviews and user opinions about PSPAdvance. Head on to Console Spot Forums to read what they say.
