Japanese company called SIGNEO has introduced their latest stylish multimedia players, the SN-M700 in Japan, which will be available from December 3rd onwards. It will be available in 512MB (22800 Yen, approximately US$191), 1GB (27800 Yen, approximately US$233) and 2GB (32800 Yen, approximately US$274) versions.
Besides supporting WMA, MP3, OggVorbis, WAV and MP4 audio formats, the SIGNEO SN-M700 also supports video playback for MPEG-4 at 15 fps on its 128×160 TFT-LCD display with 262k colors. It also features a FM tuner, voice recording functionality, and a SD slot which supports memory cards up to 2GB.
The SN-M700 measures 34×75 x 20 mm in dimensions and weighs just 50 g with built in battery. Its battery, which takes up to 6 hours to fully recharge (3.5 hours for express recharge) is sufficient for up to 18 hours of audio playback and 8 hours of video playback.
