Evergreen Japan has been releasing new products frequently. Today they introduced the EG-D600 portable DVD player, featuring a 7” horizontally rotatable LCD display. The EG-D600 measures 152×194 x 30 mm in dimensions and weighs 970 g.
The LCD screen has a resolution of 480×234 pixels, as well as an rotating angle of 180 degrees (90 degress to the left and 90 degrees to the right). Supported disc formats includes DVD video discs, DVD±R, CD, and CDRW. Other than watching DVD videos, you can also play MP3 musics and browse your JPEG images on the EG-D600. Its 3500 mAh Li-Ion battery can provide up to 3 hours of video playback, which is more than enough for regular movies.
According to New Launches, the EG-D600 will be available in Japan for 19,800 Yen (US$164), while Mom-C.com is accepting pre-orders with free nationwide (in Japan) delivery for 15,960 Yen (US$132). The package also includes a carrying case, a power adapter, and an attachment for in car use with the cigar lighter.
