Japanese company IO-DATA has released a new series of external USB2.0 1.8” HDDs, the HDMX-SU. The HDMX-SU series use Toshiba made 1.8” HDD, it measures approximately 62×102 x 9.8 mm in dimensions and weighs 90 g. The HDMX-SU series are USB bus-powered, and comes with easy to use button operations.
The HDMX-SU series come in few models with different storage capacites:
- HDMX-SU20FN – 20GB – 15,700 Yen (US$132)
- HDMX-SU20F – 20GB – 17,800 Yen (US$150)
- HDMX-SU40 – 40GB – 24,300 Yen (US$205)
- HDMX-SU60 – 60GB – 31,700 Yen (US$267)
