More on the new Gigabyte g-Cam camera phone. The g-Cam actually looks quite weird, it might look better if Gigabyte makes it a slider style phone instead of a clam shell style phone. The g-Cam’s biggest selling point is apparently its built-in 5 megapixel CCD camera, which can capture still image with resolution of up to 7 megapixel.
The g-Cam measures 105×46 x 24.1 mm in dimensions and weighs 113 g. To make its 5 megapixel CCD more usable in dark environment, it employs a xenon flash light which provides much brighter light than the LED flash light found in other camera phones, as well as anti red eye feature.
The g-Cam has rich camera functions such as auto focus, auto/manual white balance, multiple exposure compensation, tripple light metering mode, single/multiple point focus mode, ISO sensitivities, and 10 shooting modes including automatic, portrait, scenery, macro, sports, night scene, night scene with portrait, muzeum, backlight, and motion.
You can connect the g-Cam directly to compatible printers and print your photos without going through a computer. It also comes with TV-out support for you to share your photo or video with family and friends.
