LG has unveiled their 1.1 kg (2.4 lbs) Xnote TX, an ultra light and compact laptop powered by an 1.3 GHz Intel Pentium-M 773 processor, 1GB DDR RAM, 64MB GeForce Go 7300 graphics module, and a 60GB HDD. The screen is a 12.1” WXGA display, which is good enough for such a slim and elegant machine.

You might not be able to play the most advanced 3D games on the Xnote TX, however there’s no doubt this machine is good enough for normal business works and entertainment (you can’t watch DVD on it or play games with CD/DVD, however you watch MPEG-4 encoded videos stored on the HDD, as well as making virtual drives on the HDD for your favourite games).

Pricing and availability of this beautiful machine have not yet been announced.
