After releasing the previous 8.9 mm P308 mobile phone, Samsung has just introduced the world’s slimest mobile phone, the Samsung X828 which is only 6.9 mm thick!
Comparing with the P308, the Samsung X828 is obviously a lot slimmer. Even though it’s an ultra slim phone, it still comes with high end features, including a 1.9-inch 262K color TFT display, a 2-megapixel camera which can be used to record video at the resolution of 352×288 pixel, media player, Bluetooth with Stereo A2DP support, built-in 82 MB memory, 64 polyphonic ringtone, and even TV output.
Unlike the NEC N512i which used built-in battery for the purpose of making the phone slimmer, the Samsung X828 achieved the thickness of 6.9 mm with a removable battery, hence the users have the option to replace the battery when the battery is running flat.
