Sagem unveiled their “top secret product” of 2005 last month. The new Sagem My500, also known as MU2005 is Sagem’s first 3G handset.
This dual front camera phone features two cameras with 1.3 Megapixels and 6x digital zoom; a 2” 262K colors 176×220 pixels TFT-LCD display; triband GSM, GPRS and UMTS; Bluetooth, IrDA and USB connectivity, playback supports for 3GP, MPEG-4, MP3 and AAC; streaming video; 8MB built-in memory; and a T-Flash (TransFlash) memory card slot for expandable memory.
Sagem claims My500’s battery is sufficient for 4 hours talk time and 300 hours standby time. This new handset weighs 120g and measures 112×46 x 20 mm in dimensions, it is expected to appear in the market in October 2005.
